OUR PROCESS
Six Clear Steps
From your first call to the final walkthrough, every project follows the same clear sequence.
01
Free Estimate & Site Visit — Call, or send the form, and we schedule a visit. We measure the area, check access and grade, talk through finishes, and answer every question on the spot.

Fixed Proposal
Within days you get a written proposal with one number on it. Scope, finish, reinforcement, cleanup and payment schedule are all spelled out. No allowances, no open items.
03
Permits, HOA & Scheduling
We prepare the county or city permit package and complete your HOA application paperwork for you; most HOAs require homeowners to submit it through their own portal, and we walk you through that step. Then we lock your pour date.
04
Site Prep
Tear-out, excavation and grading come first, then forms. Curved or custom edges are formed by hand. We compact the base so the slab has something worth sitting on.
05
Pour & Finish
Concrete goes down in one continuous pour whenever the layout allows. We finish to your selected texture, and control joints are tooled in while the concrete is still workable, placed to manage cracking where we choose, not where the slab does.
06
Cure, Cleanup & Walkthrough
We backfill the edges with native ground or decorative gravel per your proposal, haul off every scrap, and walk the finished work with you. Final payment is only due at completion.
